Supplemental Information Reports

The San Francisco Planning Department’s CEQA Review Procedures for Historic Resources require that supplemental historical information on a building be supplied by the applicant before any substantial exterior alteration are done to the exterior if the building is 50 years old or greater.Tim Kelley Consulting is equipped to complete the Planning Department’s Supplemental Information Form for Historical Resource Evaluation quickly and accurately, with the least delay of the project.

Some recent Supplemental Information Reports include 445 Douglass Street, 5 Cyrus, and 469 Raymond. After reviewing the Supplemental Information Report for the Raymond Street residence, the Planning Department requested a complete HRE be done for the property, which we were able to do efficiently and thoroughly.
